  2. Supplements: Glutathione supplements are available in various forms, including oral capsules, sublingual tablets, and intravenous injections. However, the effectiveness of oral supplementation is still debated, as glutathione is not easily absorbed by the body. IV injections are considered the best route of administration.

  3. N-acetylcysteine (NAC): NAC is a precursor to glutathione and can help increase its levels. It is available as a supplement and is commonly used to support respiratory health.

  4. Exercise: Regular physical activity has been shown to increase glutathione levels in the body. Exercise stimulates the production of glutathione and enhances its antioxidant activity.

  5. Sleep and stress management: Adequate sleep and stress reduction techniques, such as meditation or yoga, can help maintain optimal glutathione levels. Chronic stress and lack of sleep can deplete glutathione stores in the body.
